Youngsters interested in getting involved in the Escalon Wrestling Club are urged to attend sign-ups at D’Boni’s Pizza in Escalon on Monday, Oct. 19 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Open to wrestlers from ages 5 to 18, all skill levels are encouraged to get involved. Fee is $60 and includes a team shirt (if minimum volunteer hours are met), as well as SCWAY Membership Card. Escalon Wrestling Club will once again be in the SCWAY organization. A wrestling singlet and team gear can also be purchased from EWC.

There are four former Division 1 wrestlers on staff including Club President and EHS head wrestling coach Derek Scott, EWC co-head coaches Nate Nash and Scott Page and EWC assistant coach Eric Rowe.
