Richard was born in Lubbock, Texas to Dick and Naomi Tucker. Richard passed away June 17, 2015 of heart failure. He was a loving Husband and Father.
He is survived by his wife, Pat of 53 years of marriage; his children Sandra (John) Taylor and Christopher Tucker. He also leaves behind grandchildren, John (Katie) Taylor IV and Joshua Taylor, 4 great grandchildren, 3 sisters and 1 brother. He is preceded in death by his parents, Dick and Naomi Tucker and his brother Ronnie Tucker.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Deegan Funeral Chapel.
