Adeline (Lee) Mary Serrao, 81, passed away Friday, May 4, 2012 surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Oakland on May 27, 1930, she remained in the Bay Area where she raised her four children. In 1988, she moved to Escalon with her daughter, Cindy, and son-in-law Todd.

Survivors include her brother Matthew and Lydia Reiser of Dallas, Texas; her children Steven and Carol Serrao of Vacaville, John and Marianne Serrao of Newark, and Cindy and Todd Sgamba of Escalon; grandchildren Michele, Brandi, Dawn, Mark, Scott, James and Jake, nine great-grandchildren, two nieces and too many spiritual children, grandchildren and friends to count.

She was preceded in death by her oldest son Michael.

She loved the Lord, her family and friends and made sure they knew it. She was loved greatly in return.

A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, May 26 at 1 p.m. at Trinity Church Assembly Of God, 1900 California St., Escalon.
