They’re in the holiday spirit at the Escalon Historical Society and Museum, with the front display windows showcasing a wintry weather scene. Residents are encouraged to join in and help support the museum by shopping in the Museum Gift Shop or just spending time with family sharing the history of Escalon. The gift shop features all kinds of items from Caboose T-shirts and puzzles to handmade Christmas stockings and lots of stocking stuffers. Lisa and Chad Hagglund and Michael Carman assisted with the holiday window decorations this year. At 1630 Main, the Museum is open Wednesdays and Saturdays, noon to 4 p.m.
