Motorists continue to be impacted by traffic delays in the McHenry Avenue-River Road area, as the finishing touches are put on the McHenry Avenue improvement project near the intersection of the two roads.

Project officials released a statement indicating the impacts will continue daily through Friday, Nov. 1 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. as crews finish up construction.

Drivers can expect delays and intermittent one-way traffic control through the area. Suggested alternate routes to avoid delays include Santa Fe and Highway 99.
