A table full of diners enjoys the pasta, salad, bread and pumpkin pie served up at the Saturday evening, Sept. 19 fundraising dinner hosted at Saron Lutheran Church in Escalon. It was the second consecutive Saturday night event for the church, which had a Bunco night on Sept. 12 and is now planning for its annual Kris Kringle holiday market, coming up the first Saturday in November.
