The City of Escalon invites passengers to take advantage of the new eTrans Holiday Tour D’Lights holiday light tour. This new service will operate on Friday, Dec. 15 and Saturday, Dec. 16 departing the Escalon Park and Ride Lot at 7 p.m. and returning one hour later. Free parking is available at the Escalon Park and Ride Lot located at Main Street at Viking Street. The service can only accommodate 16 passengers each day due to the size of the bus, so the service will be offered on a first come, first served basis. If there is significant demand, a second trip will depart at 8 p.m.

Holiday music and hot beverages will be provided on board the buses. The best holiday light displays in Escalon will be visited on the tour. The fare for this service will be $1.50 one way for adults and students and 75 cents for seniors, persons with disabilities and Medicare card holders. Regular One-Day, 10-Ride, and 31-Day Passes are accepted on this service.

eTrans is a service of the City of Escalon and provides demand response bus service within Escalon and to Riverbank as well as deviated fixed route service to Modesto, Monday through Friday.

This is the first holiday lights tour event around the city being hosted in conjunction with eTrans.
