The next meeting of the Escalon High School Sober Grad Committee is scheduled for Thursday, April 20. The meeting will take place at Pizza Plus on McHenry Avenue starting at 6:30 p.m.

All those interested are invited to come and help the committee plan this graduation night party for members of the Senior Class at EHS, Class of 2017.

The committee is actively seeking volunteers to help decorate for the event as well as people to work at the party in a variety of capacities, including those who can do free hand drawing for henna tattoos, black jack dealers and chaperones. Decorating for the Sober Grad night event is done over a couple of days leading up to the high school graduation in early June.

Gift cards, Gatorades and waters are being sought as well, as the committee looks to stockpile all the food, drink and giveaway items necessary to put the all-night party on for the graduates.
