Road Work Due On Highways

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will close the connector ramp from eastbound State Route 4(SR-4)/Crosstown Freeway to southbound SR-99 for highway construction.

Work is scheduled to continue through Friday, Jan. 30 from 10 p.m. until 3 a.m.

Motorists should expect 10 minute delays.  Alternate routes should be taken whenever possible.

Also scheduled this week, Caltrans has started various road construction and maintenance activities on State Route 99 (SR-99) from SR-120/Yosemite Avenue to Main Street in Stockton. No two consecutive ramps will close at the same time. Work will occur as follows:

The southbound on-ramp from North Manteca/Main Street Overcrossing to SR-99 is closed and scheduled to reopen spring 2015;

The northbound off-ramp from SR-99 to Lathrop Road is closed and scheduled to reopen spring 2015;

The northbound off-ramp from SR-99 to French Camp Road is closed and scheduled to reopen spring 2015;

The #1 (left) and #2 (right) lanes on northbound and southbound SR-99 from SR-120/Yosemite Avenue to French Camp Road will alternately close now through Friday, Jan. 30 from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m.;

The #1 (left) and #2 (right) lanes on northbound and southbound SR-99 from Arch Road to SR-4 West/Crosstown Freeway will alternately close now through Friday, Jan. 30 from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m.;

The eastbound lane of SR-4/Farmington Road overcrossing is closed and scheduled to reopen spring 2015;

The northbound and southbound on and off-ramps on SR-99 from Mariposa Road to Main Street in Stockton will alternately close now through Friday, Jan. 30 from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m.

Motorists should expect 15 minute delays. Alternate routes should be taken whenever possible.

Motorists are also reminded to help keep the roadways safe and slow for the cone zone.
