Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department deputy Cody Cheary, left, of Escalon was with fellow deputy Ryan Jenkins, a Field Training Officer, as the two worked as part of the department’s Mounted Patrol Unit at the Knights Ferry Peddler’s Faire on Sunday.
