With plenty of items to peruse while shopping and a hearty luncheon to enjoy, the annual Holiday Boutique put on by the Escalon United Methodist Church on Saturday, Oct. 28 drew a big crowd. Top photo, a number of holiday-themed items were among the crafts for sale, in addition to homemade pies, jellies, jams, salsa, relish, fudge and more. At side, server Linda Hoile navigates her way through the café, a sectioned off portion of the church meeting room where diners enjoyed homemade soup, served with bread, beverages and pie.
