The Escalon Sunrise Rotary Club, in cooperation with the United Methodist Church and Seventh Day Adventist Church, are planning a special event for local senior citizens.

Scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 7, the event will be hosted at Escalon United Methodist Church, 2000 Jackson Ave., Escalon, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Those planning to attend are asked to RSVP by Thursday, Nov. 30.

Food, entertainment and gifts will be provided by the Escalon Sunrise Rotary and donations from within the community. Transportation is available to the site; all senior citizens form Escalon and the surrounding area are encouraged to attend for food, gifts, prize drawings, entertainment and more.
