Second grade students from Dent Elementary got to take a ‘walking tour’ of the downtown Escalon area on Tuesday, May 9. Top photo, Sally Hale, at far right, leads a tour of Mrs. Panero’s class at the Escalon Public Library while, at side Dorothy Miller gives a tour to Mr. Silva’s class at the Escalon Historical Society Museum. Other stops included the historic caboose in Main Street Park and the Escalon Fire Station.
