Two occupants in this vehicle escaped serious injury and refused medical treatment at the scene of a Thursday afternoon accident, Aug. 8, along Highway 120 at Van Allen Road. Emergency services personnel responded to the scene just after 2:30 p.m. for a report of a vehicle vs. train collision and found the two subjects outside the vehicle upon arrival.
