5:09 p.m. – Lift assist, 21000 block Van Allen.

8:19 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident, Dodds and Henry; responded to accident reported in the area. Two vehicles involved with report of one patient refusing treatment and one delayed patient.

THURSDAY, OCT. 3

6:25 a.m. – EMS call, 1900 block McHenry.

10:27 a.m. – EMS, 2500 block Jackson.

4:36 p.m. – EMS, 2000 block Main Street; canceled enroute.

5:17 p.m. – EMS, Jacob Myers Park; report of three patients stung by bees needing assistance.

6:29 p.m. – EMS, 1300 block Dent.

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 2

3:14 a.m. – Alarm sounding, 2100 block East Main; carbon monoxide alarm going off, determined to be false alarm.

10:27 a.m. – Fire alarm sounding, 14000 block South Campbell; no problems found, determined to be false alarm.

12:09 p.m. – EMS call, 21000 block South Seidner.

3:40 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident, Santa Fe at River; two vehicles involved, three patients, all delayed.

TUESDAY, OCT. 1

3:55 a.m. – Lift assist, 1600 block Jerry Avenue.

MONDAY, SEPT. 30

6:45 a.m. – Motor vehicle accident, River Road and Sexton; three vehicles involved with one minor injury reported.

12:37 p.m. – Possible gas leak reported, 25000 block Meyers; assisted.

2:12 p.m. – EMS call, 28000 block Lone Tree; canceled prior to arrival.
