1:15 a.m. – Pedestrian stop, California and Edgewood, out with two juveniles, released to parents.

4:56 a.m. – Downtown security check, 1700 block Main; no problems noted.

7:33 a.m. – Residential alarm sounding, 400 block Noni; cancelled.

9:24 a.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 2000 block of Coley; checks OK.

9:37 a.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, 1700 block Baker; report taken.

11:24 a.m. – Petty theft complaint, Halloween decorations taken from yard in the 2400 block of Yosemite.

12:06 p.m. – Officer initiated activity; suspicious person reported on tracks, 2000 block McHenry.

1:13 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, Blixt and Weiss.

2:27 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance, possible homeless people reported in the area, Highway 120 and Escalon Avenue; unable to locate.

5:56 p.m. – Possible rape; report filed at police station.

6:58 p.m. – Possible intoxicated driver, 2200 block Jackson; checks OK.

7:07 p.m. – Reckless driving reported, vehicle northbound on McHenry; unable to locate.

7:35 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance, possible shoplifting in the 2400 block of McHenry.

 

SATURDAY, OCT. 28

1:06 a.m. – Stolen vehicle recovered in the 1500 block of Main.

4:29 a.m. – Business alarm sounding, 17000 block Escalon Avenue; checks OK.

8:08 a.m. – Hit and run with property damage, vehicle struck overnight in the 2400 block of Matthew; report taken.

11:55 a.m. – Traffic hazard, wet concrete reported in roadway, Highway 120 and First Street; Public Works on scene assisting with clean up.

6:06 p.m. – Residential alarm, 1600 block David; false alarm.

9 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, loud music, possible fireworks heard in the 2000 block of Edmart.

10:16 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, loud Halloween party in the area, Yosemite and Nathaniel; advised to disperse.

11:07 p.m. – Loud party complaint, California and Justin; unable to locate.

11:09 p.m. – Officer initiated activity, youths in the area, California and Edgewood.

 

FRIDAY, OCT. 27

1:54 a.m. – Suspicious circumstance, subjects sitting in vehicle, California and Elizabeth. Log note only.

7:58 a.m. – Vehicle accident, non-injury, McHenry and Ullrey; report taken.

8:18 a.m. – Warrant arrest reported at police station.

9:49 a.m. – Truant reported, student walked away from high school; located in the 1600 block of Main and returned to school; released to custody of school staff.

2:51 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 2200 block of Strong; misdial.

8:16 p.m. – Possible intoxicated driver reported, Highway 120 and Campbell; unable to locate, CHP also advised.

8:33 p.m. – Business alarm sounding, 1200 block Jones. Log note only.

11:09 p.m. – Bike stop, First and Weiss; citation issued regarding bicycle light.

11:13 p.m. – Suspicious person reported in the area, on Elizabeth; unable to locate.

 

THURSDAY, OCT. 26

2:34 a.m. – Security check, 1700 block Main, downtown; no problems noted.

4:35 a.m. – Check of Hogan Park, 1000 block Escalon Avenue; checks secure.

7:54 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle, 400 block Valdapena.

10:02 a.m. – Petty theft, item taken from porch on James.

3:52 p.m. – Possible intoxicated driver reported, westbound on Highway 120 at Cleveland; stopped at Highway 120 and Campbell; warned.

11:42 p.m. – Battery complaint, incident occurred in the 1600 block of First; arrest made.

 

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 25

12:49 a.m. – Residential alarm, 1500 block Countrywood; checks OK.

6:13 a.m. – Reckless driving complaint, westbound Highway 120; unable to locate.

6:50 a.m. –Residential alarm, 2100 block Edmart; checks secure.

8:27 a.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, occurred prior in the county area.

2:31 p.m. –Probation check on Rosina; log note only.
