3:50 a.m. – Check of business, 1700 block Jackson; alarm sounding, determined to be false alarm, checks OK.

 

SUNDAY, MAY 21

12:20 a.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, loud party in the 2100 block of California; music turned down.

1:34 a.m. – Check of animal shelter and police department shooting range on River Road; all secure.

1:54 a.m. – Assist outside agency, request for assistance on vehicle accident, River and North Ripon roads; canceled prior to arrival.

3:51 a.m. – Suspicious person in the area, appears intoxicated, 400 block Noni; report taken.

7:28 a.m. – Vehicle burglary reported in the 2200 block of Mission; items taken overnight.

9:44 a.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 1000 block of California; child playing with phone, checks OK.

9:46 a.m. – Vehicle broken into overnight in the 2400 block of Jonathon.

11:49 a.m. – Public Works call out for water main leaking in the 1800 block of Burgundy.

12:15 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, 1500 block of Fourth.

3:23 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the area of Highway 120 and Plaza; checks OK.

3:33 p.m. – Business alarm sounding, 1900 block Melissa Court; false alarm.

4:44 p.m. – Possible intoxicated driver reported, Mission and Nathaniel; gone on arrival.

11:25 p.m. – Downtown security check, 1700 block Main; no problems noted.

 

SATURDAY, MAY 20

1:09 a.m. – Suspicious person reported, Countrywood and Melissa; checks OK.

3:58 a.m. – Security check of business complex, 2200 block Jackson; checks OK.

6:35 a.m. – Business alarm sounding, 2200 block Jackson; false alarm.

7:54 a.m. – Non-injury accident reported, two vehicles involved, Main and St. John; report taken.

8:45 a.m. – Non-emergency 9-1-1 call from the 1500 block Crestwood; checks OK.

9:17 a.m. – Anonymous caller complaining about firemen impeding traffic, Highway 120 and McHenry; caller indicated they are delaying traffic while drivers dig for money; no other complaints received. Log note only.

12:25 p.m. – Residential alarm, 1100 block La Mesa; false alarm.

2:56 p.m. – Assist outside agency; vehicle found in Atwater possibly belonging to Escalon resident; assist provided.

3:28 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance in the 1600 block of David; report taken.

10:16 p.m. – Bicycle stop, McHenry and Catherine Way; warned regarding bike light.

10:20 p.m. – Suspicious person reported, area of David and Edmart; log note only.

10:31 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, 2100 block California; music turned down.

 

FRIDAY, MAY 19

5:18 a.m. – Check of Hogan Park and Community Center; 1000 block Escalon Avenue; no problems noted.

10:30 a.m. – Petty theft complaint in the 2100 block of Jackson.

11:36 a.m. – Suspicious circumstance, occurred prior; referred to other agency, incident reportedly occurred in Empire.

12:36 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 1500 block of Yosemite; determined to be a misdial, no problems noted.

12:47 p.m. – Complaint of threats in the 1400 block of James.

1:37 p.m. – Vehicle accident reported in the 2900 block of McHenry; report taken.

4:31 p.m. – Court order violation complaint, reported at police station.

9:54 p.m. – Suspicious person reported in the area, 1700 block Main; log note only.

 

THURSDAY, MAY 18

12:14 a.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint in the 1700 block of Gwendolyn; checks OK.

12:44 a.m. – Security check in the 1900 block of McHenry; checks OK.

4:33 a.m. – Check of business complex, 1900 block McHenry; no problems noted.

11:02 a.m. – Assist outside agency, Burlington Northern Santa Fe police requesting officer assistance to get two trespassers off the train; Santa Fe and Harrold; assisted.

11:48 a.m. – Found property report, 1500 block Brayton.

12:33 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle in the orchard, west side of Campbell north of Highway 120; log note only.

1:08 p.m. – Non-emergency call, 9-1-1 open line from the 1200 block of Mitchell; unable to locate anything.

4:46 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance on Pioneer Street; report taken.

7:58 p.m. – Suspicious person reported in the 2300 block of Main; log note only.

10:42 p.m. – Security check in the 1900 block of McHenry, shopping complex; no problems noted.

11:10 p.m. – Officer initiated activity in the 1200 block of Plaza; out with two subjects, they will be leaving the area shortly.

 

WEDNESDAY, MAY 17

1:07 a.m. – Reckless driving complaint, Highway 120 and Elizabeth.

3:08 p.m. – Complaint of bad checks being passed, report filed at Escalon City Hall, 2000 block McHenry.
