Chamber Of Commerce Plans Wine, Brew Stroll
esc chamber

Coming to downtown Escalon in September, make plans to attend the Chamber of Commerce Wine and Brew Stroll, set for Saturday, Sept. 14. The adult only event will be hosted from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. and will feature over 25 wineries, breweries, food vendors and the Tri-Tipery food truck.

Tickets for the stroll, which will be set up along Main Street, are $25 in advance or $30 at the event. Along with the wine, beer and food, there will be a number of other events to enjoy.

JAB Creations will be there again to decorate and display their creations, while ACE Hardware representatives will be on site with their BBQ’s and Traeger Grill to make food samples.

There will be games, prize drawings, a photo booth and music by Reflections.

This is the Chamber’s main fundraiser for community scholarships. Last year, they were able to raise over $1,000 to donate to the Escalon Unified School District for scholarships.

Each ticket purchased also provides a souvenir wine glass to be used during the evening’s tastings. Main Street will be transformed into an area for sipping, sitting, sharing and general good fun.

Pre-order tickets by visiting: www.escalonchamberofcommerce.org/wine-stroll-tickets.

You can also buy tickets at following businesses: ACE Hardware, Cromwell and Ney, Farmers Insurance on Main Street, Food Farmacy, Escalon Lumber Yard, and The Escalon Historical Society.

Chamber officials are currently looking for additional sponsors for the stroll; contact Morgan Gregg at 209-294-3398 or Steph Ennis at 310-384-2562 for more information about the event or sponsorship opportunities.
