Escalon’s varsity soccer girls forged a 3-3 tie with San Juan in action on Dec. 10, their first of many games during the past week.

Goals came from Georgina Gallo (2) and Gabby Goodman.

The JV girls broke a winless streak against San Juan, winning by a 5-0 final that day.

Tuesday, the varsity girls tied 1-1 with Bret Harte with Gallo netting the goal off an assist from Alondra Martinez. On Wednesday, Dec. 12, the varsity squad tied 1-1 with Cesar Chavez, battling back from an early deficit with a goal from Litcia Delgado to get the draw.

Thursday, they hosted Summerville and fell in a 1-0 final.
