Members of the Escalon 4-H club did really well as they exhibited their projects at the 2026 AgFest. The group had 38 exhibitors participate in AgFest this year. They also had one member participate in both the Small and Large Animal Master Showmanship competition.

Master Showmanship
Small Animal Master Showmanship:
Mikayla Buck – 4th place in the county
Large Animal Master Showmanship:
Mikayla Buck – 6th place in the county
Dairy Cattle:
Boston Borba – Reserve Champion 4-H Replacement heifer and 5th place in intermediate showmanship.
Frank Borba – Champion 4-H Replacement heifer, Reserve Supreme Champion Replacement heifer.
Jolie Borba – 7th place in 4-H Replacement Heifer Class and participated in 4-H novice showmanship.
Andre Melo – 1st place in Winter Heifer Calf Class Grade Holstein and honorable mention in Junior Champion Drive, 3rd place in 4-H Novice Showmanship.
Marcus Nevarez – 1st Place in 2 year and under 3 Grade AOB Cow class, Grand Champion Grade AOB Female, Reserve Supreme Champion Female.
Dogs:
Mikalya Buck- Rally 2nd place, Obedience Sub B 2nd place, Obedience Sub C 2nd place, Advanced Dog Showmanship 1st place, Dog Showmanship Overall 2nd place.
Ean Williams – 2nd in Showmanship, 1st place in Obedience, 1st place in Rally, Overall High Point in Rally.
Kaylee Long – High Score Obedience.

Colton Anderson – Supreme Champion Cow/Calf Pair, Supreme Champion Heifer, Reserve Supreme Champion Bull, Champion All Other Registered Exotic Breed Bull.
