Taking the top spot on the lanes this week was Bartelink Dairy, rolling a 23 ½ - 16 ½ in action in the El Portal Bowling League.

They were followed by Farm Girls, 23-17; Foxy Ladies, 21-19; Elaine’s Travel, U-3, 20-20; Memorial Splitting Headaches, 18 ½ - 21 ½ ; Escalon Body & Frame, 18-22; Dutch Girls, 16-24; The Erratics, 15-13; Lunch Bunch, 13-15; Pin Ups, 11-17.

Nellie Bartelink had a stellar week, taking three of the top four categories. She bowled a 188 scratch game, 257 handicap game, and a 685 handicap series. Kelly Homen had the scratch series honor, 509.

For the season to date, Homen has the high individual average, 169.50 and the high scratch series, 583. Chris Magana has the high scratch game, 221; Lenny Nottley, high handicap series, 694 and Bartelink, high handicap game, 257.

Bowlers meet each Thursday, 10 a.m., at McHenry Bowl in Modesto.
