Teams are now being formed for both boys and girls in third through eighth grade to continue playing basketball as part of an AAU club. If there are seven interested players, coaches will move forward with that age group.

Tryouts will be held Saturday, March 3 in the EHS main gym. Tryout times are: Boys third through fifth grade, 1 p.m.; Boys sixth through eighth grade, 2:30 p.m.; Girls, third through eighth grade, 4 p.m.

The Eski Cougar Basketball Club is entering its eighth season and was able to put seven teams on the court last year. There will be two practices per week and tournament games will be on weekends during April and May.

The cost is $300 per player and includes uniforms and four tournament (12 games) entry fees. Teams will have the opportunity to continue competing throughout the summer.
