John Largent, current Escalon Unified School District Governing Board member in Area 5, clearly stands out as the candidate of choice in the November 4 election.

His many years of experienced leadership as a board member, as an active proponent of all things Escalon Unified School District, and as a long-term member of the community combined with a reputation of integrity, consistent core beliefs, and sound financial management experience is unmatched  by any other candidate.

Mr. Largent brings to the table a unique ability to listen, understand, and respect the opinions of various constituents of the school district. He takes immense pride to ensure that the community is acutely aware of the decisions he makes as a trustee of the school district and what is behind those decisions. He understands and recognizes the diversity of the community and works diligently to meet the needs of the variety of students who attend school in Escalon.

Mr. Largent is a highly visible member of the governing board always present at a wide range of school activities. Through his actions, John has displayed an extraordinary commitment to his community and, in particular, its youth. He is the only candidate who has the necessary experience to serve as a leader on the governing board. We strongly recommend John Largent as the next Governing Board Trustee of the Escalon Unified School District.
