Shirley L. Rodenburg, 84, passed away Friday, Aug. 17 in Lodi following a bout with cancer.
She was born in Chicago, Illinois on Sept. 5, 1927 and lived in the Escalon area for over 50 years.
Mrs. Rodenburg was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who loved her family. She enjoyed all sports and participated on the El Portal Bowling League for several years.
Survivors include her husband, Jan (John) Rodenburg; children: Peter Rodenburg of Ceres (Susan), Chris Rodenburg of Manteca, Lyann Ohland of El Centro (Jim Ohland) and Robert Rodenburg of Escalon (Paige); grandsons Nicolaas Ohland, Nathaan Ohland and Nash Ohland of El Centro and granddaughters Ashton Rodenburg and Camryn Rodenburg of Escalon; brother Ed Williams of Monrovia.
Funeral services will be held at Parkview Cemetery and Funeral Home, 3661 E. French Camp Road, Manteca on Saturday, Aug. 25 at 2 p.m.
