Patricia Teresa Duckworth, 61, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 18.

She was born in Oakland on Nov.10, 1952.

A much loved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, ‘Pat’ lived for her family, doing everything to make sure they were well cared for. She was a diehard Oakland Raider and A’s fan. When she wasn’t watching Sunday football you could find her at Chicken Ranch playing Bingo and the quarter slots. She loved random road trips, golf and fishing.

After moving to Escalon, she found a second family with her ‘kids’ from the VI. The one thing she loved the most was her family.

Survivors include her husband, Jim Duckworth; daughters, Jenn Adolfson, Sarah Gonzales, and Jamie Nelson Duckworth; her brother, Joe Silva and two son-in-laws, Ryan and Eric; grandchildren Lily, Gracyn, Adri, Josh, Julie, Zack, Layla, Emily and Maddy; and the newest member of her family, Cuddles.

In accordance with her wishes, family and friends are asked to attend a huge tailgate party and wear Oakland gear to help celebrate her life. The tailgate party will be on Saturday, April 26 at 1 p.m. at the Escalon Sportsman’s Club, 25195 E. River Road, Escalon.
