Larry Shaddix, 73, of Oakdale died Sunday, March 7 at Oak Valley Hospital.
He was a native of Texas. He lived in Escalon two years prior to moving to Oakdale less than a year ago.
Mr. Shaddix served in the U.S. Air Force.
He was a surgical technician for 15 years, as well as a hospital materials manager in the Bay Area.
He is survived by his wife, Ann Shaddix of Oakdale; children, Larry Shaddix of Stockton, Earl Shaddix of San Francisco, Leta Larkin of Oakdale; mother, Maxine Senna of Oakdale; brother, Rick Shaddix of Hayward; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 13 at Saron Lutheran Church, Escalon.
