Larkin passed away peacefully Friday, December 14, 2018 surrounded by his loving wife and family. Larkin was born in Colorado City, Texas on December 3, 1935 to Debbie and Larkin, Sr.

He is survived by his wife Fay Oliver, daughter Linda Keeney, brother Don Oliver, six grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Larkin is preceded in death by his parents Debbie and Larkin Oliver, Sr. and daughter Pamela Smith.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Deegan Funeral Chapel. A viewing will be held Wednesday, December 19, 2018 from 4 p.m. to 7p.m. at Deegan Funeral Chapel, 1441 San Joaquin St., Escalon, CA. Chapel service will be held Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 10 a.m., followed by graveside burial at Burwood Cemetery.
