Demetrio is survived by his parents, Anita Joleen Nichols and Thomas Ross Luvon Perez. His sister, Elyza Marie Perez. Step-parents, Billy Nichols and Jody Nobriga. Grandparents, Barbara Buchholz, Gary Johnson, Alice and Alfredo Perez, Maria Perez, and Dave Mueller.
