Carol Lynn Davis 62, of Escalon CA, died Saturday, December 26, 2015 at UCSF Medical Center.  She was born August 16, 1953. She was born in Seattle Washington, grew up in San Jose CA and was a resident of Escalon, CA for 24 years having owned and operated “Top Stitches” Embroidery for 15 years. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was a member of Crossroads Church and ladies group “Larks & Owls” where she formed some of the deepest friendships. She is survived by her husband, Phillip Davis; son and daughter, Nick Davis and Kristi Valencia; grandchildren, Matthew, Mary, Zack Valencia and Alexandra Davis; brothers, Mahan Kahlsa and Doug Hume; brother and sister-in-laws John, Harry and Cindy Davis, Patricia and Steve Schoelen; mother-in-law, Mary Davis; and a number of nephews, nieces and loving family friends. A memorial service was held at her dear friend Sarah Van Klompenburg’s house, 14251 Lone Tree Road on Jan. 3, 2016.
