Albert James Caetano, Sr., 81, died Tuesday, Sept. 16.
He was born in Arcata on March 31, 1927 to Frank and Mary Josephine Caetano. He was raised in Ripon. He was a resident of Oakdale for 45 years.
Mr. Caetano was a dairyman for 30 years. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed working at the F.E.S. Celebration held in Oakdale.
He is survived by his five children, Josephine (Pete) Van Dyken of Escalon, Joann Caetano of Roseville, Carmen Caetano of Lodi, Albert, Jr. (Helen) Caetano of Ripon, and Grover Caetano of Ripon; one grandson; seven granddaughters; 11 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services were held at Lakewood Funeral Home, Hughson.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Bethany Home Society, 930 West Main St., Ripon, CA 95366.
