Just before taking off for Spring Break, students, staff and family and friends of Van Allen Elementary School gathered for a ‘farmer’s market’ night on the local campus. Top photo, Michelle Stuyt was on hand at the Stuyt Dairy booth offering up plenty of cheese samples and information. At side, young entrepreneur Elyse Rodrigues, 9, carefully displays the sweet treats she baked up especially for the occasion. There were also a number of science projects for kids to make and take home, from solar bead bracelets to terrariums.
