OSPA is dedicated to saving and improving the lives of the homeless pets of the City of Oakdale Animal Shelter. Pets come in not only from the city of Oakdale, but also from the cities of Riverbank and Escalon. From January 1 through now, approximately 1278 animals have entered the shelter. The money raised will be used to sponsor adoptions, pay for vet appointments and spay/neuters, shelter improvements, rescue support and transport. These actions all make a huge difference in the outcome of these deserving pets.

“Our goals are helping as many pets as we can get out of the shelter and into loving homes or rescues as soon as possible, and improving the shelter environment, to reduce stress during their stay while waiting to be adopted, which sometimes can be awhile,” OSPA officials said.

Donations are not required but accepted and appreciated. OSPA is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization. For more information, call 209-743-1668.
