The new meeting place for the Escalon Kiwanis Club is at Pizza Plus on McHenry Avenue. Meetings, as the banner indicates, are the first and third Thursdays of the month; September sessions are scheduled for Sept. 6 and Sept. 20. All are welcome to get involved in this community service organization, which helps provide scholarships for local students and assists in putting on activities throughout the year.
