Huddled under the umbrella, Little Mr. and Little Miss Escalon, Harrison Showalter and Tinley Lombardi, still smile and wave to the crowd as they roll along F Street in Oakdale on Saturday morning, April 13. Crowned in 2023, the two will turn the titles over to their successors later this year for the 2024 Park Fete in Escalon. But part of their duties during their year of reign are to represent Escalon around the region and the Oakdale Rodeo Parade on Saturday was one of those scheduled events. A sizeable crowd turned out for the morning parade despite the wet, windy weather.
