SUNDAY, AUG. 13

3:49 a.m. – Business alarm sounding, 2900 block McHenry; checks OK.

5:05 p.m. – Non-injury vehicle accident reported, two vehicles involved, Highway 120 and Elisbeth; assisted.

7:58 p.m. – Welfare check requested on Baker; assisted.

8:18 p.m. – Suspicious person reported in the area, driving by homes slowly on James; unable to locate.

8:18 p.m. – Assist outside agency, assist to Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department regarding stolen vehicle case.

9:15 p.m. – Officer initiated activity, check of suspicious vehicle in the 1900 block of McHenry; checks OK.

9:39 p.m. – Vehicle check in the area of Ashwood and Catherine; checks OK.

9:51 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 2200 block of Strong; checks OK, accidental dial.

10:12 p.m. – Assist outside agency, assist to Modesto Police Department on stolen vehicle case.

11:33 p.m. – Be on the lookout issued from CHP Stockton for vehicles possibly involved in road rage type incident, reportedly started near Woodware Reservoir and continued into Escalon along Highway 120; unable to locate.

 

SATURDAY, AUG. 12

8:07 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle reported in the area, 1700 block of California; checks OK, vehicle is legally parked, no need for assistance.

9:05 a.m. – Public Works call out for water leaking on David; checks OK.

12:33 p.m. – Suspicious person reported in the area, appears to be bothering customers at a business in the 1100 block Yosemite; checks OK.

4:02 p.m. – Business alarm sounding in the 2900 block of McHenry; checks OK.

4:47 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the area of San Miguel; checks OK.

6:12 p.m. – Reckless driving complaint, vehicle eastbound, swerving and going off roadway, Highway 120 and Campbell, headed out of the city limits, CHP advised.

6:58 p.m. – Court order violation complaint; log note only.

10:16 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle check, 3300 block McHenry; checks OK.

11:23 p.m. – Security check, Main Street Park area; no problems noted.

 

FRIDAY, AUG. 11

12:17 a.m. – Officer initiated activity, check of suspicious vehicle at Heritage Church, 1100 block Escalon Avenue; checks OK.

2 p.m. – Non-injury vehicle accident, two vehicles involved, Highway 120 and Main; report taken.

2:03 p.m. – Lost property in the area of Lillian Avenue; report taken.

4:46 p.m. – Public assist on Coley.

 

THURSDAY, AUG. 10

7:29 a.m. – Suspicious person reported in the area, possible transient in the Main Street Park; checks OK.

8:35 a.m. – Public assist at police station, 2000 block McHenry.

10:41 a.m. – Assist to subject with questions regarding neighbor dispute; determined to be civil problem.

12:01 p.m. – Assist outside agency, assist to Public Works at Hogan-Ennis Park, 1000 block Escalon Avenue.

3 p.m. – Security check requested due to possible prior burglary on Ashwood; checks OK.

3:11 p.m. – Welfare check in the 1600 block of First.

5:35 p.m. – Public assist at police station, subject picking up items in the 2000 block of McHenry.

6:20 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance, several vehicles parked in an area behind a business in the 1900 block of McHenry; checks OK.

7:55 p.m. – Business alarm sounding in the 1500 block of Second; checks OK.
