A pair of holiday concerts are on the schedule this month.

Oakdale Community Dance Band will present its Christmas Concert/Dance on Thursday, Dec. 15 at 6:30 p.m., at the Gladys Lemmons Senior Community Center at 450 E. A St., Oakdale.

All are invited to attend this free event to dance or listen.

This Christmas program will include many familiar holiday classics featuring talented local amateur and professional musicians.

Also, a Christmas Concert will be performed by the Oakdale Community Concert Band on Tuesday, Dec. 20 starting 6:30 p.m. at the Gladys Lemmons Senior Community Center. All are invited to attend; there is no charge.

Under the direction of Ron Quintanal, the Oakdale Community Concert Band will perform traditional and well-known pieces of holiday music to brighten and remind their community audience of the meaning of Christmas. Make your attendance a holiday tradition.
