Performing on stage Saturday, May 18 at the Oakdale Chocolate Festival was Escalon’s own Mark Macsenti and his band, The Taillights, entertaining the crowd in neighboring Oakdale. The two-day annual festival saw some rain on Saturday afternoon and then was forced to close up early on Sunday because of the inclement weather.
