Assembly Republican Leader Kristin Olsen, of Modesto, was honored as California Women Lead’s Woman of the Year during its 2016 Reception in Sacramento on Jan. 27. “We are proud to honor Assemblymember Olsen as our Woman of the Year,” said Rachel Michelin, Executive Director of California Women Lead. “She is a tireless advocate for women, and a valuable role model for those who are interested in becoming elected or appointed officials themselves.
