Transit Service Takes Holiday

On Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 23, San Joaquin Regional Transit District (RTD) will not operate its regular fixed-route service (Stockton Metro, Metro Express, Intercity, Hooper and Commuter Services). RTD’s administrative offices, Downtown Transit Center (DTC), and call center will also be closed.

On Friday, Nov. 24, RTD will resume regular weekday service except for Commuter Routes 165, 172, and 173. Route 165 passengers may use 163 to reach the same destination.

Commuter Routes 165, 172, and 173 will resume on Monday, Nov. 27 and RTD’s administrative offices, DTC, and call center will also reopen on that day.
