The recent warm weather has most of the almond orchards in bloom, including this one at the San Joaquin-Stanislaus county line along Highway 120 east of Escalon. Bees are buzzing and the annual show of blossoms has burst forth. The show might not last long, though, as rain is in the forecast over the next several days.
