Escalon resident Dave Willis, left, presents two one-gallon bags full of canned beverage pop tops to Lions Club member John Paladichuk recently on the sidelines at the Escalon football field prior to the varsity game kickoff. The pop top donation will help the local Escalon Lions Club provide lodging for families in need at the Ronald McDonald House while their children undergo treatment for life-threatening illnesses.
