Oak Valley Bancorp (NASDAQ: OVLY) (the “Company”), the bank holding company for Oak Valley Community Bank and their Eastern Sierra Community Bank division recently announced the promotions of Mike Petrucelli and Mike Garcia to Commercial Banking Market Manager. Petrucelli will oversee commercial lending activity and business development in the greater Tracy/Manteca area. Garcia will do the same for the greater Modesto/Turlock area.
