Judge Linda L. Lofthus is the new Presiding Judge of the San Joaquin County Superior Court. Her two-year term began Jan.1, 2018 and will continue through Dec. 31, 2019. She previously served as the Assistant Presiding Judge and the Supervising Civil Judge in 2016 and 2017.
