On Independence Day, Tuesday, July 4, San Joaquin Regional Transit District (RTD) will not operate its regular fix routes services (Stockton Metro, Metro Express, Intercity, Hopper, and San Joaquin Commuter) and Dial-A-Ride services. RTD’s administrative offices, call center, and the Downtown Transit Center (DTC) will also be closed.

A limited, demand-response service will be available by reservation only on a first-come, first-served basis at a fare of $3 per one-way for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) certified customers and $5 per one-way for General Public (GP) customers. Priority will be given to seniors and persons with disabilities.

Reservations will be accepted 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Friday, June 30, on a first-come, first served basis. Reservations will be limited to one round-trip per passenger. For reservations, call (209) 955-8400.

RTD will resume regularly scheduled service and re-open its administrative offices, call center, and DTC on Wednesday, July 5.
