Kicking off a new year and looking to start some additional programs, the Healing Arenas project will take center stage in a Thursday night fundraiser.

All are invited to attend the Fundraiser/Information Night at D’Boni’s Pizza in Escalon on Thursday, March 10. This will be a Volunteer and Equine Adoption Appreciation Party for all past, present and future volunteers and those who have adopted horses from Healing Arenas.

Healing Arenas, Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit corporation and utilizes rescue horses for a variety of programs, dealing with conflict resolution, veteran re-integration and more.

Those interested are encouraged to come and learn more about the Healing Arenas organization and its Stable Survivors Project.

The food fundraiser is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.; order anything off the D’Boni’s menu and mention Healing Arenas, they will donate 20 percent of the sales to the local nonprofit corporation that utilizes horses for healing.

Information Night with a presentation about the programs and services they offer will run from 6 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and then there will be games and fun from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. for their Volunteer and Adoption Appreciation.
