SUNDAY, AUG. 1

12:05 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle, out with one in the area of Main and Viking; checks OK.

12:23 a.m. – Follow up at police station on McHenry.

1:05 a.m. – Bike stop, Main and Viking; warned.

1:16 a.m. – Pedestrian stop, out with three juveniles at Escalon Community Center, 1000 block Escalon Avenue; assisted.

2:02 a.m. – Out with suspicious vehicle, Walnut and California; checks OK.

3:34 a.m. – Officer initiated activity, check of vehicle in the area of Arroya and Jill; checks OK.

7:05 a.m. – Hit and run with property damage reported in the area of Highway 120 and Fourth; vehicle struck a pole; arrest reported.

4:26 p.m. – Bike stop in the 1600 block of Sophie, juvenile warned regarding use of helmet.

5:02 p.m. – Be on the lookout issued by CHP Modesto for vehicle involved in property damage hit and run at McHenry and Patterson in the Riverbank area; unable to locate.

6:34 p.m. – Found property report, 1500 block California.

7:29 p.m. – Reckless driving complaint in the area of McHenry and Meyers; unable to locate.

 

SATURDAY, JULY 31

2:09 a.m. – Officer initiated activity, group of subjects in the 1700 block of First; log note only.

5:39 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle check at police station; checks OK.

6:05 a.m. – Public Works callout in the 400 block of Valdapena for water line issue.

10:47 a.m. – Public assist on Tokay.

1:09 p.m. – Traffic hazard reported, mattress in roadway in the area of Escalon and Magnolia; unable to locate.

4:39 p.m. – Reckless driving complaint, vehicle eastbound in the area of Highway 120 and McHenry; CHP also notified.

5:57 p.m. – Public assist in the 1100 block of First.

7:30 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the area of Highway 120 and Van Allen; caller then reported accidental dial; officers unable to locate anything in the area.

8:34 p.m. – Business alarm sounding, 1200 block Plaza; checks OK.

8:48 p.m. – Complaint of fireworks being set off in the area, Judith Court; unable to locate.

11:40 p.m. – Check of suspicious vehicle, Sanchez Park; log note only.

 

FRIDAY, JULY 30

1:10 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle, Miller and Escalon, officer initiated activity; log note only.

4:13 a.m. – Bicycle stop, California and St. John; warned.

5:06 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle reported in the area, Countrywood and McHenry near under construction homes; unable to locate.

7:46 a.m. – Vehicle burglary reported, items taken from truck overnight in the 1700 block of Carignane; report taken.

9:59 a.m. – Grand theft reported, cash taken previously from location on Clough; report taken.

10 a.m. – Non-emergency 9-1-1 call from the 1400 block of Genevieve; checks OK.

10:23 a.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint on Jessica Circle.

10:32 a.m. – Public assist in the 1600 block of Main.

11:02 a.m. – Found property report in the 2400 block of McHenry.

1:46 p.m. – Welfare check in the 1200 block of Sierra; assisted.

2:57 p.m. – Brandishing a weapon complaint, possible road rage incident reported in the area of Jackson and First; log note only.

4:03 p.m. – Public assist, harassment complaint in the 1500 block of Daniels.

7:16 p.m. – Public assist, possible fraud complaint on Steinegul.

8:56 p.m. – Bike stop at First and Walnut; warned.

7:51 a.m. – Non-emergency 9-1- call from the 29000 block of Grooms; checks secure, misdial.

11:22 a.m. – Public assist on California.

2:44 p.m. – Traffic hazard, big rig reportedly stuck in the roundabout at Reisling and California.

4:53 p.m. – Public assist, vehicle lockout in the 2000 block of Jackson; checks OK.

10:07 p.m. – Suspicious person reported in the 2000 block of Jackson; digging in trash cans; area checks OK.
