SUNDAY, OCT. 4

12:37 a.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint on Danielle; checks OK, party is now shut down.

1:05 a.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint in the 2200 block of Jackson; report taken.

2:29 a.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 1400 block of California; unable to locate any problems in the area.

10 a.m. – Patrol information, Harvest on Main event occurring in and around Main Street Park through midafternoon.

12:58 p.m. – Non-injury accident reported in the area of Jackson and First; information exchange only, both vehicles gone on arrival.

2:18 p.m. – Welfare check request in the area of Highway 120 and Mitchell, subject appears to need assistance, gone on arrival.

4:46 p.m. – Civil stand by request for child custody exchange.

6:40 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance, unknown vehicle parked in front of a residence on Fir Court with driver remaining inside vehicle, left when homeowner arrived. Log note only.

SATURDAY, OCT. 3

10:14 a.m. – Reckless driving complaint, mini bike being driven up and down Yosemite near Mitchell, caller concerned due to the amount of people in the area for yard sales; log note only.

5:33 p.m. – Hit and run with property damage reported, 2500 block Jackson.

7:10 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance, four adults on a red golf cart and with three babies, also appear to have wine glasses. Unable to locate.

7:12 p.m. – Suspicious person reported on Sultana, extra patrol requested.

8:22 p.m. – 9-1-1 call, report of a vehicle parked on the berm along the west side of the railroad tracks at St. John and Santa Fe; contact made with Burlington Northern Santa Fe site supervisor and one arrest reported. Police said the driver of the vehicle was found to have a bench warrant for his arrest out of Manteca. Phillip Cardona, 33, of Manteca was arrested on the warrant for felony lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14. He was booked into San Joaquin County Jail on $180,000 bail.

9:20 p.m. – Vehicle tampering complaint, catalytic converter theft occurred on Tokay.

9:57 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance reported on Coley, possible fireworks or gunshots heard.

FRIDAY, OCT. 2

10:10 a.m. – Public assist on Sierra Drive.

10:32 a.m. – Subject with questions regarding parking citation; officer advised.

10:57 a.m. – Public assist on Irwin, report of several Amazon packages dumped in the area.

5:31 p.m. – Be on the lookout issued on Coley, possible intoxicated driver reported in the area. Determined to be unfounded.

THURSDAY, OCT. 1

4:58 a.m. – Subject on Adriana Way reporting a friend borrowed his car earlier in the week and had not returned it, now wanting to report it stolen.

8:34 a.m. – Welfare check request for unfamiliar subject seen sitting on the corner, Vine and Main; assisted.

12 p.m. – Possible fraud, complaint made at police station on McHenry, report taken.

12:54 p.m. – Public assist on Daniels; log note only.

1:14 p.m. – Be on the lookout issued from Stockton CHP for vehicle driving recklessly, high speed and ran a stop sign at Santa Fe and Henry; unable to locate.

1:43 p.m. – Public assist on Jackson Avenue.

10:54 p.m. – Dispute reported in the 2200 block of Jackson; report taken.
