Escalon Consolidated Fire District responded to 28 calls for service during the period of Monday, July 29 through Sunday, Aug. 4. Calls included:

SUNDAY, AUG. 4

3:30 a.m. – Emergency Medical Service call, 22000 block Mariposa Road.

SATURDAY, AUG. 3

2:21 a.m. – Motor vehicle accident, Highway 120 and Henry; single vehicle rollover into a ditch. Occupants fled the scene prior to fire department arrival.

2:36 a.m. – Motor vehicle accident, 30000 block Highway 120; crews responding to the prior incident came upon a second accident in the same area, determined to be non-injury.

12:13 p.m. – Report of a motor vehicle accident, Yosemite and San Joaquin; non-injury accident, Escalon Police Department also on scene.

2:13 p.m. – Small vegetation fire in a backyard, 400 block California.

3:10 p.m. – Structure fire reported, French Camp and Jack Tone; automatic aid with Ripon Fire on a fire call. Canceled prior to arrival.

3:51 p.m. – EMS call, Ullrey and McHenry.

5 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident, 300 block First. Canceled prior to arrival.

5:24 p.m. – EMS, McHenry and River.

6:59 p.m. – EMS, 1500 block Oakwood.

11:56 p.m. – EMS, 17000 block Seidner.

FRIDAY, AUG. 2

8:28 a.m. – EMS call, 2500 block Jackson.

11:10 a.m. – EMS, 1600 block Walnut.

12:51 p.m. – EMS, 2100 block Lydia.

3:31 p.m. – EMS, 2500 block Mission.

5:29 p.m. – EMS, 29000 block Highway 120.

THURSDAY, AUG. 1

11:21 a.m. – Fire alarm sounding, 3300 block McHenry; determined to be a false alarm.

2:40 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident reported, McHenry, cross of Ullrey. Two vehicles involved with one minor injury reported. One patient transported to San Joaquin County General Hospital by Escalon Community Ambulance. Scene turned over to Escalon Police Department.

5:50 p.m. – EMS call, 1100 block La Mesa.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 31

5:09 a.m. – Dispatched for a call in the 29000 block of East Lone Tree, canceled prior to arrival.

5:40 a.m. – EMS call, 2500 block Jackson.

10:51 a.m. – EMS, 1200 block Lillian.

TUESDAY, JULY 30

10:34 a.m. – EMS call, 2300 block Yosemite.

10:36 a.m. – Vegetation fire, 1500 block Elisabeth; Engine 1-2 extinguished a small fire in a yard.

5:54 p.m. – EMS, 31000 block of Combs.

11:17 p.m. – EMS, 1400 block Miller.

MONDAY, JULY 29

8:58 a.m. – Fire alarm sounding, 1900 block Yosemite; canceled prior to arrival.

8:49 p.m. – Electrical problem, 2500 block Jackson. Engine 1-2 responded to assist with an electrical outlet that had shorted out.
