Escalon Consolidated Fire District responded to 19 calls for service during the period of Monday, May 16 through Sunday, May 22. Calls included:

SUNDAY, MAY 22

11:42 a.m. – Vegetation fire, Irwin and California; responded for report of vegetation fire, arrived on scene and found a quarter-acre of grass burning with an abandoned home involved. Mutual aid called in from Ripon; home allowed to burn out due to it being abandoned.

1:14 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident, River and Burwood; responded to a report of an accident, Ripon Engine 2-1 and Rescue 1-1 on scene to find solo vehicle rollover into a tree. Report of one juvenile patient transported.

4:11 p.m. – Structure fire reported, Irwin and California; determined to be hot spots smoldering from previous fire.

SATURDAY, MAY 21

5:06 a.m. – Emergency Medical Services call, 1800 block Coley.

5:45 a.m. – Motor vehicle accident, Highway 120 cross of Wagner; automatic aid to Ripon Fire District, determined to be non-injury.

9:34 a.m. – EMS call, 1700 block Autumnwood.

10:57 a.m. – Electrical issue reported, First and McHenry; responded for possible transformer fire, located power lines arcing in the area, remained on scene until PG&E arrived.

5:40 p.m. – EMS, 1700 block Irwin.

FRIDAY, MAY 20

5:26 p.m. – EMS call, 31000 block East Combs.

THURSDAY, MAY 19

6:29 a.m. – EMS call, 17000 block South Seidner.

11:28 a.m. – EMS, 1300 block Mosswood Avenue.

11:45 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident, 15000 block South Steinegul; single vehicle into a power pole, determined to be non-injury, released scene to CHP.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 18

9:46 a.m. – Motor vehicle accident, Escalon-Bellota, cross of Magnolia; Engine 1-1 responded with Rescue 1-1, assisted Medic 80 with one delayed patient.

6:47 p.m. – EMS call, 2300 block California.

TUESDAY, MAY 17

4:52 a.m. – EMS call, 16000 block Escalon-Bellota Road.

6:14 a.m. – EMS, 24000 block Mariposa.

11:17 a.m. – EMS, 800 block First.
