12:07 a.m. – Check of business, 1000 block Yosemite; secure.

12:38 a.m. – Downtown security check; no problems noted.

12:44 a.m. – Suspicious circumstance, several items appear to have been dumped at business in the 1900 block of Jackson.

1:04 a.m. – Check of Hogan Park and Community Center; no problems noted.

1:09 a.m. – Officer initiated activity at Hogan Park; vehicle now parked there; subject advised of park hours, left area.

1:32 a.m. – Security check in the 1900 block of McHenry.

1:35 a.m. – Welfare check request on Weiss Way.

2:12 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle in the 1400 block of California, occupied by one; advised.

4:14 a.m. – Check of Escalon High School; area secure.

4:54 a.m. – Check of business, 3300 block McHenry.

6:33 a.m. – Patrol information, officers advised by Stanislaus County sheriff’s office regarding property damage hit and run accident that occurred on Sawyer, vehicle last seen headed toward Highway 120.

10:56 a.m. – Non-emergency 9-1-1 call from the 26000 block of Highway 120; checks OK, misdial only.

11:06 a.m. – Residential alarm sounding, 1500 block Catherine; checks OK.

1:36 p.m. – Attempted burglary reported, damage to vehicle in the 2200 block of Yosemite.

2:11 p.m. – Security check in the 2300 block of Jonathon; checks OK.

9:50 p.m. – Check of vehicle in the area, 1200 block Plaza. Log note only.

10 p.m. – Security check in the 1000 block of Yosemite; business secure.

10:24 p.m. – Officer initiated activity, subject in the area of Brennan and Ullrey; log note only.

10:49 p.m. – Check of business, 1700 block California.

11:06 p.m. – Security check, Dent Elementary, 1900 block Yosemite; secure.

11:28 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle in the 1200 block of Plaza; checks OK, railroad employee waiting for crew working on tracks.

12:07 a.m. – Security check, 1200 block Plaza; secure.

1:16 a.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, 1400 block First.

5:42 a.m. – Extra patrol on San Miguel.

6:11 a.m. – Security check at business, 1900 block McHenry; no problems noted.

10:39 a.m. – Call regarding animal incident at McHenry and River; animal control contacted.

10:53 a.m. – Found property report, Deborah Court.

12:55 p.m. – Check of animal shelter and shooting range, 25000 block River Road; secure.

5:39 p.m. – Welfare check on Jessica Circle.

10:04 p.m. – Officer initiated activity, extra patrol on Catherine Way.

10:36 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle in the 1200 block of Lillian; log note only, no signs of tampering.

 

SATURDAY, JAN. 14

12:21 a.m. – Extra patrol on Noni.

12:30 a.m. – Officer initiated activity, suspicious vehicle in the 1900 block of McHenry; checks OK.

12:38 a.m. – Check of vehicle in the area of Mosswood and Northwood; checks OK.

12:53 a.m. – Security check in the 1200 block of Plaza; no problems noted.

12:59 a.m. – Security check in the 1700 block of Main; checks OK.

1:10 a.m. – Officer initiated activity, vehicle parked at business in the 2000 block of Jackson; vehicle and business appear secure, no signs of tampering/forced entry with either.

1:35 a.m. – Suspicious person seen in the area, Main and Fifth; unable to locate.

1:43 a.m. – Be on the lookout issued from Stanislaus County sheriff’s office for subject wanted in connection with stabbing that occurred in the 3100 block of Atchison, Riverbank; will be on the lookout.

2:06 a.m. – Officer initiated activity, vehicle pulled over at McHenry and River; checks OK, pulled over to text.

4:14 a.m. – Security check, Escalon Post Office, 1800 block Coley; secure.

5:12 a.m. – Check of business complex, 1900 block McHenry; all secure.

9:39 a.m. – Complaint regarding possible fraud in connection with rental property on Coley; report taken.

12:32 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint on Adriana with one arrest reported.

12:41 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 1000 block of Escalon Avenue; unable to locate anything, determined to be mobile phone.

2:25 p.m. – Speeding vehicle complaint on Farinelli.

6:29 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 1700 block of Judith; checks OK.

9:20 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up received, caller had address on Sawyer Avenue in Oakdale; Stanislaus County sheriff’s department advised.

9:26 p.m. – Security check of businesses, 1200 block Plaza, 1200 block Lillian, 1200 block Yosemite; all clear.

10:18 p.m. – Check of business complex, 1900 block McHenry; secure.

10:31 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up, on callback went to voicemail. Call from Modesto location; log note only.

12:24 a.m. – Officer initiated activity, extra patrol in the area of Swanson and Countrywood; checks OK.

12:26 a.m. – Security check at business, 2400 block McHenry.

12:38 a.m. – Check of Dent Elementary School campus, 1900 block Yosemite; secure.

1:54 a.m. – Officer initiated activity, check of downtown area; no problems noted.

3:09 a.m. – Business check, 1900 block McHenry.

3:18 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle, 2100 block Jackson; checks OK.

4:47 a.m. – Extra patrol on Narcissus.

10:28 a.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 900 block of First; checks OK, misdial.

2:17 p.m. – Found property report, 1700 block California.

11:26 p.m. – Security check in the 1900 block of Jackson; checks OK.

11:39 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle, 1000 block Escalon Avenue, Hogan Pak; checks OK.

 

THURSDAY, JAN. 12

12:01 a.m. – Check of businesses, 1900 block McHenry; all secure.

2:05 a.m. – Downtown security check.

2:08 a.m. – Pedestrian stop, 1500 block Second Street, at Escalon Library; subject advised to leave area since library is closed.

10:34 a.m. – Suspicious circumstance on Stanislaus; threats complaint.

2:37 p.m. – Assist outside agency, check of residence in the 26000 block of Jones for San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Department. Door appears to have been kicked in; residence is vacant, no signs of other damage. Door secured.

4:06 p.m. – Non-emergency 9-1-1 call from the 300 block of Allison; misdial, secure.

4:30 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 1600 block of James; checks secure.

4:32 p.m. – Suspicious person reported, subject attempting to solicit money in the area, 1900 block McHenry.
